Again, here's the problem: I don't trust Gearbest to send a replacement that doesn't have the same problem. I mean the sample I have arrived in a box that was literally turned inside out and taped back together, and there were signs that it may have already been used (a scuff on one of the labels, and screws on either side near the front that aren't exactly the same -- I don't know if that's normal or not, or if it means a previous owner had already opened it or whatever). Does that sound like quality control to you? It was quite shocking really.
Sure, this is a reseller problem. I'm not blaming you for the packaging, or the condition. But I'm sure you can understand that I don't want a replacement from Gearbest. So what choice does that leave me? A refund, that's all. And a refund is fine, but I'd rather have a working product. So how do I ensure that I get one?
I realize that you're busy with helping people with returns and other problems via email (myself included), but you must understand the dilemma here.
