I agree, amateurish setup, lack of planning, poor communication and not keeping promises.
I’m really disappointed with their communication channel and attention to details.
So many broken promises.
They must undertsdand that a good product alone will not make them successful. Understanding the power of marketing and customer engagement is key.
The Vive setup looks many times much better and well prepared.
Enough excuses and get your act together if you are serious about building an excellent reputation. So far it has been very poor to say the least
