I disagree as no one has repeated testing with hi res displays. Yes higher is better.
Like real motion sickness the causes vary from one case to the next & i am sure all who get car sick are perceiving over 90hz.
As the neuroscience Article detailed with over 50 years research into VR; there are many things thst cause VR sickness. Low Resolutuon, Low refresh, its a big juggling act.
The simple truth is that Refresh is just one componet. This is why some rift & vive users have found no vr sick on the 4k @ 60hz due to resolutuon. & yes there have been some that did get sick on PiMax 4k & not on the vive/rift. This is also why some experience it on PSVR which can do native 120hz.
This also suggests the French journalist that tested the v2 at an after demo at immersed vr sickness was resolution based as he concluded yes vr sickness was eliminated.
We need a real up to date study conducted by an independent unbiased company.
