Unfortunately kickstart dont allow a refund. I dont mind the headset still having problems and waiting a few months, but this lack of comunication with the backers is very worrisome.
You did a apology letter, and said that you learned the lesson but apparently you did not.

"Action 1 - We will share our progress with the community more frequently. especially when we find some new issues or challenges." - Did not happen
"Action 2 - We will provide better training for our reps to make sure they only answer the questions that they know clearly. If they are not sure, we will make sure they get back to the team to get answers instead of to give a rough guess." - Did not happen
"Action 3 - We will provide better training to teach the team becomes more effective in internal and external communication. especially for new staffs." - Did not happen
Since we're going to have to wait, we need more info, photos, videos. keep the kickstarter comunity alive and happy (not a litle topic info of each version and become silence almost a month)
But I'm honestly not seeing this happen, if pimax not not hire someone.
