3 defective HMD's, yep, im done

after just a few hours use and 3 defective headsets later, this is by far the Worst VR company I’ve ever dealt with (customer service and quality of HMD is just abysmal) a 3rd defective headset has been sent back and with a broken ticket system, im STILL getting error 500 internal server error on the Odoo Pimax site, 13 days later I STILL CANNOT access any tickets or submit any, this combined with resistant customer service regarding refunds and confusing language barriers via emails that come off more like a robot than a human, I had to take matters into my own hands, so now i can thank Capital One for giving my money back from this shady company via chargebacks, I’m out!




The audio jack is another problem that is supposed to be fixed, looks like its not.:face_with_raised_eyebrow::thinking:




Wish it was the same for the UK.
