A another complaining thread - Support

Hello everyone,

Since two months now(soon 3), i still waiting for a headset (RMA). @Matthew.Xu Said too many times that the new headset will be sent but there is no headset at my home yet.

So Matthew do his best, but i’m in a state that waiting is enough. 2 months to get a headset is TOO much. (as a customer)

Matthew said that theses new headsets is on the german warehouse : So what happens with the logistics ? Where is my headset ?

Pimax is dead ? Someone can confirm that he received a headset from the german warehouse ?

Someone can give me a solution about this ? @PimaxUSA @SweViver @Konger

@generic @virtualboy72 @Korgen Do you have any returns from the support recently (except from matthew )? ( Avez vous eu un retour du support récemment (excepté pour matthew)) ?

We just confirmed the ticket. Sorry we just changed the system of process. So it took a little bit time. But, the new Helmet will be shipped out in next 5 working days. Very sorry for that.

Yes, received my replacement headset last saturday but I’m stucked on error 10600. Konger helped me to contact support. I had this morning a teamviewer session with Wythe but he didn’t succeed to solve this error. He should contact me again in 1 or 2 days.

J’ai reçu le casque samedi mais impossible de le faire marcher (erreur 10600). Konger m’a donné un coup de main pour avoir le support. Ce matin j’ai eu une séance de teamviewer avec Wythe mais il n’a pas pu résoudre le problème, il devrait me contacter d’ici un jour ou 2.
(entre nous, j’ai l’impression qu’ils accélèrent la cadence)

Peut tu confirmer (si tu as encore le carton) que ton nouveau casque a bien été expédié d’Allemagne ? (Ou m’envoyer en PV le numero de suivi que je le trace ?).

Oui je l’ai bien reçu,(merci de t’en avoir inquiété) je l’ai testé et il est bien fonctionnel. Je ne sais pas si Konger y est pour quelque chose dans cette affaire mais son intervention a resolu plus vite les choses. Thx @Konger :grinning:

Maintenant, il faut que je fasse des tests plus approfondis et je suis notamment en attente de retour de pimax, concernant un autre point qui reste entre eux et moi.
