I dont understand why you are asking me to confirm my address. Its the same as for the 5k+ you sent me. I have already recieved an email several weeks ago saying my replacement cable will be sent on the 8th of march. This is getting ridiculous

I’ve been trying to create an account on the support site for more than two weeks and finally was able to sign up. However, I can’t seem to log in no matter how many times I reset my password. It keeps saying that the username and password are incorrect. I would love to get new cables to fix the snowing pixels issue… It is really unplayable at this point. I got my replacement cable today, and im happy to report it hss cured the flashing white pixel problem.
