Being ignored on a Refund for Pre-order (ticket #19197)

I had been trying to get a refund and someone to respond back to start the refund of my
350$ for my controllers+base station.

I got a reply back telling me to wait for the new backer deals, which i did not back the controllers just pre-ordered them, which i replied back to about it 6 days ago and still did not get a response back after it.

my ticket is #19197

I had asked this many times and tried to get help and been ignored for a week on this matter.

I just want the 350$ refunded back to my paypal
(300$ deposit, plus 50$ for the shipping it added).

Yea, someone finally responded.

but, started talking about a service fee might occur :thinking:
I don’t know what they’re talking about, something about a shopify platform.
(i just use paypal)

So, I’m Just waiting for an actual reply now on it, And not try to BS me out of more of my money that should be fully refunded back.

@Matthew.Xu got the confirmation about the cancellation and that it will take 5-7 days.

BUT, my question on about what they where talking about and how much that is truly being refunded to me was ignored.

Same Ticket number.
