I need display replacement for pimax4k

I’ve dropped my headset, it’s fuctioning, but display,one of them i guess, is defenetly brocken, is it possible to orded a display separatly so i can replace it myself?

I have added some pokes to your post.

The 4k headset uses a single display. Disassembling the headset is generally not reccommended. The team is likely to reccommend having them affect repair/replacement.

If you can take a pic of the damage. This can help them assess the damage.

Have you ever seen damaged smartphone, or any other tft display? - that’s exactly what it looks like. That type of damage is 100% is not uder the warranty, so i guess the only option for me is replacing this by myself.
Is pimax has a official service in Russia? If you do, maybe i can contact them.
I can take pictures but it will take some time for me to replug headset in.

Will need to wait on support. They might have A Distribution channel that might be able to help with things. But will need to wait for support to see what can be done to help get your headset fixed.

I can say it is a sharp 4k panel but due to customizations of the panel you would likely need it from pimax.

@Towelie Hi, sorry for late reply. I have discussed with our maintenance enginneer who said that display replacement needs a dustproof room and basic skills, can you replace it by yourself?

You may also return it to our factory, but the total cost (display cost, round carriage cost, etc) may approach the new one, please be advised.

I think I’ll be able to replace it by myself, i don’t have a dust proof room, but i have some skills with electronics, what will be the cost of the display and deleviry to Russia?

Hello. And I have other problem failure of the motherboard and the proximity sensor. Whether it is possible to order new spare parts? The screen whole and sealed also didn’t open.
