Please NEVER use sf-express again. What your telling us is that they lied about having already delivered to the warehouse and caused all this confusion.

Tracker they gave us shows delivered to the US warehouse long ago yet they still avoid any questions or lie about it. Great job Pimax
Very disappointing. If the tracking number means nothing then why even give it to us? It would be better if they didn’t send anything to get your hopes up.
Totally agree, the initial tracking number is useless and will just make everyone crazy trying to work out whats going on when the information given is mostly unhelpful. I’ve been saying this since my initial experience, Pimax should just tell people an approximate timeline such as (in approx 10-20 days it will arrive in X warehouse and you will receive tracking then… done!)

According to the first tracking number you sent us on Nov 14th, the shipment was marked as delivered (Shanghai -> CLEVELAND) on Nov 23rd.
Did you send us the wrong tracking number? If so please provide a correct one that shows it is “still on the way”.
Due to 11.11 shopping festival all logistic suppliers have very big pressure,and overseas warehouse also have big pressure.They face warehouse overload.
Again, this has nothing to do with delays or overload. Sf-xpress claims the shipment was delivered. Are you saying they are just flat out lying?

The Pimax VR headset 8K/5K Plus Series that you pledged has been shipped from China to our US warehouse. The first carrier is SF EXPRESS and the tracking number is 080048145269, you can track it at http://www.sf-express.com.
Now using your own info it shows completed customs and delivered.
So not sure what kind of shuffling of feet and lies you are trying with us, but your own info doesn’t indicate they are still in shipping because of some holiday that was a month ago.
Please stop with your BS answers. A year later and I’ve grown weary of your lies and false promises.
