I have been trying to get a hold of Pimax for weeks, maybe months now but they seem to be ignoring me. Placed my orders in February and now I’m losing patience. I’ve sent several messages through the support page and nothing comes back. At this point I feel like the new valve headset looks like a good option to the 8K. Can someone help me get in contact with pimax or give me some pointers of how to try and get a refund. Much appreciated.
