No tracking number, locked out of support system


I am a kickstarter backer for 8k #4980, from the last spreadsheet, it seems that my headset has shipped:

However, I have not yet received a tracking number. I tried to get into the support system to ask about this (my last support ticket SUPEN-1430 was not fully answered, but I was unable to reply), but I was unable to log in. Trying to reset my password gives me an email saying:

Password resetting is disabled for your user name.
Please ask your Jira Service Desk administrator to enable password resets.

Can you please help me with my tracking number? Can you also please allow me to reset my password on the support system? (same email as my forum account)

Im in the USA and didnt get a tracking number either. I just received my 8K the other day. Hope your comes soon!

update: I just got it yesterday, there was no notification (no shipping notification, no replies or support replies)
However, I’m still locked out of the support system
