I sent an email for support for my pimax “damaged plastic” but nobody answers me, being a Chinese site you can’t even sue him, but I’ll never buy a pimax again … too many problems and poor support! I have pre I know 1100 euros and I threw them in the toilet!
And how long have you waited as some are in que since last week or later due to backlog of support tickets.
Please also ensure to use the ticket system for support and not some email.
