[Replied]Replacement cable availability


I’m using Pimax with overhead cable management and cable is starting to break connection when bent in certain direction.
I’ve immobilized that cable area so it works for now but i would like to get a replacement before this one breaks completely.

What options are there for getting a new cable since it’s not available for purchase in the store?

Is there a way to directly buy the cable and replace it ourselves? @PimaxUSA @Sean.Huang
