I have the following question: When, where and how can i use the 100 dollar downgrade coupon for things like the comfort mask and the silicone cover? Created a ticket to recieve my code weeks ago, haven’t seen a response other than telling me where to upgrade to 8k+/X, wich i won’t. The year is almost over and i just like to recieve something for my downgrade as it’s not allowed to use it for the Index controllers upgrade. Am i the only one?
I got pretty quick response from the support, they asked me if I would rather upgrade to the Vision series, I said no and the support person then said I’ll receive a discount code that can be used for a Pimax product.
Haven’t got the code yet though.
Yeah it’s almost 2020 and then what will happen to anyone still waiting for a code? It looks like you can get a code when spending lots of dollars on a second hmd, but not if you want other stuff.

Yeah, we guess so. It’s a great way to earn another 100 bucks. I try my best to not get angry anymore, but i just can’t stand foul play. No one is reassuring us about important questions like these, if someone only got us the voucher and promised we could turn it into actual orders when things are available, but instead we’re being told the coupon will expire end of this year. It’s not even the waiting, we are used to it now, but putting the backers under pressure while not able to do something with it, is not right. Im ready to be attacked for saying this…

All questions like these, that matter to people, are evaded or unanswered. Why why why? Sometimes i ask myself if i am becoming insane, questioning… Am i dealing with people here or some entity from outerspace? What do i have to do, to get answers (no matter if bad news) to simple questions? I just can’t take this anymore Tin foil hat on

I received the code on Friday, tried to use it on the web without finishing the purchase and effectively discounted $100.
Today I’m going to use the downgrade coupon along with the $80 Black Friday coupon (just testing ) and it turns out that the downgrade coupon “has expired or has already been used” which is completely false.
Are they laughing at me or does the Pimax Store work that badly? Where is my 100$ coupon?
Given Pimax’s issues, it wouldn’t surprise me if they sent out multiple coupons with the same code, their website is buggy, or that the code numbers are easily guessed and someone else has already claimed your coupon.

It was a problem in the session of the account, if you apply the coupon in a computer apparently you have to finish the purchase in that computer, if you log in another pc will not let you use the coupon.
It’s cheaper to buy 2 comfort kit than 1 (it allows me to use both coupons), someone wants a comfort kit for $40? xDDDD
