SUP-184: No headset and no response from tech support




I’ve had my tracking number sent to me 3 weeks ago, parcel was delivered by DPD when I was on holiday and was left on my front porch along with some amazon boxes. Arrived home and no parcels outside apart from a newer delivery.

I have sent three emails to tech support with no response. The last email I received the following response : SUP-184

The delivery driver has taken a photo of the parcel left on the door step however DPD cannot do anything without Pimax getting involved.
