Support does not reply to cancellation of order



I ordered the 5k on february 18th, order nr P123856.

In the confirmation email it was said i would receive the headset around 15 march.

I wrote an email to support to cancel my order 12 days ago, no nswers.

Today i receive a link from DPD that ‘my parcel’ will be delivered with the same order nr.

I mailed support again but no reply, instead they send you a link to a support page that is broken.

I would hereby like to cancel my order and ask for a refund.

Please let me know as soon as possible when the refund will be processed.

Hi, i have cancelled my order partially on tuesday and got refunded on friday.

Try to PM Dallas or Mozi they do a great job
