Support request #17056 unanswered since 3 Weeks


I opened a ticket on July 27 because my 5k+ shows many flickering pixel. One day later I received an answer from Wythe Huang, Pimax would like to see a video of the error.
I have sent this but received no answer for 3 weeks.
Several requests from me remained unanswered.
Why does nobody care about my problem anymore?
