Support site offline, delivery is still incomplete


After i received by headset last week, no one answers my questions about the incomplete delivery, i just recieved the headset but no lighthouses or controller,

so a replied to the email e received, but the answer is always “create a service ticket” … but the website still sucks, (no valid certificate).

So i still missing someone, who is in charge of support me with the incomplete delivery

(P.S.) … resetting the password also didnt work on the site.


I don’t believe anyone has recieved lighthouses or controllers from Pimax yet. They have only sent HMDs so far.


Controllers & Lighthouses are not released as of yet. By the looks likely start shipping sometime this summer maybe Late July August.
